Inspection & Air Quality Testing

Containment & Deep Cleaning
To protect the tenant’s health and prevent mold spread:
- We asked the tenant to vacate the unit for 3 days.
- We sealed off the affected rooms to contain spores.
- Our team carried out detailed manual cleaning of all walls, floors, and furniture using HEPA vacuums, air scrubbers, and professional-grade antimicrobial agents.
Drying & Dehumidification
After cleaning, industrial-grade dehumidifiers were installed and left running for 3 days to remove lingering moisture, the root cause of mold growth. We also advised maintenance of the apartment’s HVAC system to prevent future recurrence.
Odor Removal with Ozone Treatment
To fully eliminate any musty smells, we finished the remediation with an ozone treatment, ensuring the air throughout the apartment was clean, fresh, and safe to breathe.
